Nagomi Japan Limited Edition Bread Knife
The Limited Edition Bread Knife is similar to our original bread knife, however, has been made with an upgraded steel and handle. The steel is more corrosion resistant and the black wooden handle is more resistant to washing and water immersion. The Limited Edition is more durable than our original line-up and will stay sharper, longer.
With a serrated blade the knife can easily and delicately cut baked goods from the softest sponge cake to the hardest French baguette, without concern of damaging the blade itself or the consistency of a fragile pastry or dessert.
Please note that this knife should not be used to cut frozen food, and is limited in quantities and may be sold out soon.
