The Limited Edition Cake Knife is similar to our original cake knife, however, has been made with an upgraded steel and handle. The steel is more corrosion resistant and the black wooden handle is more resistant to washing and water immersion. The Limited Edition is more durable than our original line-up and will stay sharper, longer.

The gently curved narrow blade of the knife beautifully cuts without ruining soft and fluffy sponge cakes, roll cakes, or tarts. The uniqueness of this knife is sure to add more to your presentation when accommodating and serving guests.
